Protocols are designed for three different phases of training; off-season, pre-contest, and the final two weeks of contest prep.
High-rep (blood volume) training is vital in body building. When combining high-rep training and the product, you are forcing the fascia tissue to stretch and giving the muscle room to expand.
The anatomy charts below show the specific injection areas.
Important: I personally work directly with anyone that wants a specific protocol. This will include marking directly on pictures of you and giving you a protocol for whatever phase of training you are in!
When I help you, we will go over the exact amounts you need to use. This obviously varies greatly depending on the your overall size, age, gender and goals.

Biceps:
10-14 day loading phase. Ideally use the product 30-60 minutes before training. Train arms daily during this period with high reps.
You will have a pump 24/7 and your biceps will be warm. You will experience a deep muscle soreness from the fascia stretching and muscle expanding.
After the loading phase return to normal workout and use the product 1-2x a week, depending on your goals.
Triceps:
10-14 day loading phase. Ideally use the product 30-60 minutes before training. Train arms daily during this period with high reps.
You will have a pump 24/7 and your biceps will be warm. You will experience a deep muscle soreness from the fascia stretching and muscle expanding.
After the loading phase return to normal workout and use the product 1-2x a week, depending on your goals.
Shoulders:
Use twice as much product in the medial head compared to the posterior head (2:1 ratio). This is done to maintain roundness in the shoulder cap and keep it aesthically pleasing.
95% of people only need to use the product in their medial and rear deltoid.
Use the product once every 4 - 5 days. Ideally 30 - 60 minutes before training. Loading is not necessary. Train with higher reps.
Chest:
Use the product twice a week ideally 30 - 60 minutes before training. Use smaller amounts per injection. Typically 3 or 4 shots on each side depending on chest width.
The pectorals are a muscle that's stretched tight across your chest and if not done right can look lumpy. The key to doing the chest correctly is smaller amounts throughout multiple areas, typically 1 - 1.5cc per injection.
Outer Quads:
Outer quads are the biggest muscle in your body. The fascia is very dense (almost as dense as calves) and it's not easy to stretch.
The results can be incredible but so is the soreness. This requires 3-5 injections in each quad (depending on muscle length).
Use the product 2x weekly 30 - 60 minutes before training if you can handle the soreness. If not, 1x week is still effective.
Calves:
Your calves have the most fascia tissue of any body part. (This is why they don't grow for most people.)
Use the product twice per week 30 - 60 minutes before training calves.
Incredibly important: stretch your calves multiple times per day.
